Co-op Services Credit Union names Peg Lamb as new Chief Financial Officer

LIVONIA, MI (October 28, 2013) — Co-op Services Credit Union recently announced that Peg Lamb has joined its executive team as senior vice president and chief financial officer.

“Peg brings valuable experience and talents to our credit union as we expand and prepare to introduce several exciting and innovative programs and services for our members,” said Anthony Carnarvon, president and CEO of Co-op Services Credit Union.

During her 35 years in the industry, Lamb has served as CFO and controller for several financial institutions, including credit unions.  She was also a past treasurer of both CUNA’s CFO Council and CUES Michigan Council and currently volunteers as the treasurer of a non-profit fair trade store, Ten Thousand Villages, in Ann Arbor, Michigan.

A Michigan native, Lamb earned both an undergraduate degree and MBA in finance from Michigan State University.  While a student, she began her financial services career at Michigan State University Federal Credit Union.
