COCC wins Top Workplace and Gold Banking Technology awards
AVON, CT (September 19, 2013) — COCC was recently recognized for its service quality and work environment. The Hartford Courant/FoxCT awarded COCC its third consecutive Top Workplaces in Connecticut award, while readers of Massachusetts-based Banker & Tradesman gave COCC its second gold medal in the Banking Technology category of its “Best of” competition.
“These awards draw attention to the tenants of our business – the quality of our service and the positive environment we create for our employees,” said Richard A. Leone, President and CEO of COCC.
The Top Workplaces award, based entirely on employee feedback, highlights 55 Connecticut companies that have cultivated a strong connection between their leadership and their employees – all qualities that have generated outstanding results.
At COCC, each Connecticut-based employee was asked to complete a survey that probed how the company informs and challenges them, provides innovative tools to serve its clients, and celebrates mutual success. COCC was selected from among 660 Connecticut companies who were invited to participate in this year’s competition. COCC received a third place award in the mid-sized company category.
The Banker & Tradesman “Best of” competition invites readers to vote for the companies that provide the best products and services in Massachusetts. COCC won its second consecutive Best Banking Technology Award in this year’s competition.
