Congressman Garret Graves accepted a check from the Credit Union Legislative Action Council (CULAC) Monday June 11, at the newly remodeled Neighbors FCU branch located at 12529 Perkins Road, Baton Rouge, LA 70810.
Neighbors FCU President and CEO Steve Webb and the Louisiana Credit Union League presented the $1,500 check to Graves on behalf of CULAC for his efforts to defend the credit union movement from harmful regulation.
Graves took time tour the newly renovated branch and meet with credit union members, board members and professionals while he was at the branch.
“We were honored to have Congressman Graves visit our newly remodeled branch,” Webb said. “We appreciate the opportunity to showcase the work we are doing to serve our members and to share the credit union difference.”
