Consumers Credit Union adds Junior Business Development Manager and Credit Card Product Specialist to assist more members
KALAMAZOO, MI (June 2, 2022) — Consumers Credit Union congratulates Jordan Higgins on his new role as a junior business development manager and welcomes Mohammed Haque as a credit card product specialist.
As a junior business development manager, Higgins will support local prospective and current entrepreneurs navigating the world of business lending and finance.
With a degree in business economics from Wheaton College and experience working as a credit analyst, Higgins joined Consumers in January 2021 where he quickly realized his passion for guiding business owners along the path to success.
“Connecting with businesses to help them achieve their goals has been a lifelong passion,” said Higgins. “When businesses are successful our communities thrive.”
As a credit card product specialist, Haque will use current and future trends to develop new strategies that will help more people learn about Consumers’ credit card products.
With several years of experience working with credit cards at a large national bank and a degree in business administration from Western Michigan University, Haque’s experiences have uniquely prepared him for his new role.
“I originally came to America without much knowledge of the U.S. banking systems, which required a big learning curve,” said Haque. “I’m determined to put my own financial experiences to work to help our members be successful in reaching their financial goals.”
