The award recognizes leadership in the advancement of the financial services industry’s products, services and platforms through technology innovation and highlights companies for their commitment to advancements in technology-based solutions for the industry.

Copper Financial worked to increase the validation and business rules to make the investment account opening process less demanding for advisors. They did this by automating manual processes which reduced errors and expedited the time it takes to open an account. Regardless of the type of account that is being opened, the experience is consistent and ultimately frees up advisor time to focus on the member experience.
