CU Members Mortgage, a division of Colonial Savings, F.A., continues to grow their lending team by hiring Bridgette Williams Bell as the new trainer to serve their credit union partners and internal staff.
As the Trainer for CU Members Mortgage, Bell will guide credit union staff to understand process flows and business strategies within their designated program levels. She will collaborate with the CU Members Client Engagement team to enhance the onboarding process of each credit union and share best practices to ensure success. Bell will also educate internal staff of the changing mortgage environment and help internal teams adjust process flows as needed.

Bell began her career in mortgage lending in 2004 in Underwriting. She has worked several positions since then in Quality Control, Consulting, Loan File Litigation, and Training. She has a B.A. in Mass Communications from Morningside College.
