Well-known for their annual National Mortgage Lending Conference and its high-quality mortgage lending educational sessions, CU Members Mortgage is launching a new formatted event for 2019 – the Mortgage Lending Roadshow. The roadshow format will offer the National Mortgage Lending Conference experience to credit unions in four locations throughout 2019 – Tampa, Fla. January 10-11, 2019; Memphis, Tenn. April 4-5, 2019; Denver, Colo. July 11-12, 2019; Philadelphia, Pa. August 8-10, 2019.
This new event will embrace all the things credit unions have loved at the National Mortgage Lending Conference, but in a new format that brings the event closer to the credit unions we serve. The event will continue with entertaining, engaging and refreshing educational content for mortgage lending professionals who are looking for ways to lend faster, smarter and better. At the same time, each event will include networking opportunities allowing credit unions to share their experiences and learn from others.
Each workshop will include several sessions touching on topics relevant and pertinent to the mortgage lending credit union professional such as mortgage lending trends, cutting costs, workflow optimization tactics, member service best practices, how to grow your pipeline, and of course networking opportunities to connect you with your peers and industry leaders. Credit unions are invited to come learn some new tricks of the trade to start originating more loans with these great speakers:
- Patrick Adams – CEO/President at St. Louis Community Credit – a Community Development Financial Institution
- Tracy Ashfield – Credit Union industry consultant and trainer assisting credit unions with mortgage lending strategy, development, policies, product design, and strategic planning

- Steve Hewins – Senior Vice President of CU Members Mortgage
- Mike Fratantoni – Chief Economist and Senior Vice President of Research and Industry Technology for the Mortgage Bankers Association
