CUAD Summit Golf Tournament for Charity Raises $4,200

A charitable golf tournament to benefit the Children’s Miracle Network (CMN) was held at the Credit Union Association of the Dakotas (CUAD) Annual Summit that was held in Grand Forks, ND June 5-7, 2013.  The tournament, which was held on June 5 at King’s Walk Golf Course brought together 64 credit union professionals and associates for a fun-filled day of golf and networking, all while raising funds for the CMN.

A check for $4,200 was delivered to Felicity Guerin, representing the CU4Kids organization and the CMN, by CUAD President/CEO Robbie Thompson during the Summit General Session on June 6.  The proceeds from the tournament were $2,100 which was then matched by CO-OP Financial Services.

“While the golf outing is always a fun and well-attended event, we all know that the real winners are the kids and our local Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals” says Thompson.
