CU*Answers COO Geoff Johnson promoted to President/COO

GRAND RAPIDS, MI (September 28, 2018) — Today, CU*Answers announced a title change for Geoff Johnson. Chief Operating Officer (COO) since 2014, Johnson’s new title effective October 2018 will be President/COO. This change reflects Geoff’s growing role in the strategic leadership of CU*Answers as part of the CU*Answers Executive Council. Since 2014 Geoff has been responsible for day-to-day operations and outreach to CU*Answers clients. Going forward, he will work more closely with the Board of Directors and the corporate officer team on the issues that drive the cuasterisk.com network and CU*Answers as a credit union industry participant.

Since joining CU*Answers in 2005 as the Executive Vice President of Client Interactions, Geoff has worked closely in the growth and development of the Management Services teams including Earnings Edge, Lender*VP, AuditLink, Web Services, SettleMINT, and Imaging Solutions.
