CUES Next Top Credit Union Exec finalists announced
MADISON, WI (September 17, 2013) — The judges’ results are in! The five Finalists for the CUES Next Top Credit Union Exec challenge are:
Amanda Brenneman, Maps Credit Union, Salem, Ore., USA
Rob Carabelli, McGraw-Hill Federal Credit Union, East Windsor, N.J., USA
Chad Huseby, Servus Credit Union, Delburne, Alberta, Canada
Zac King, Redstone Federal Credit Union, Huntsville, Ala., USA
Bryce Roth, CitizensFirst Credit Union, Oshkosh, Wis., USA
The Top 15 entrants were determined by public vote. Since the results of that vote were announced in late July, all 15 have been providing updates to their projects at www.nexttopcreditunionexec.com. These updates and entrants’ earlier video applications were evaluated by a judging team composed of Deedee Myers, CEO of DDJ Myers, Phoenix, and two credit union executives.
“The judges had a very difficult job determining which Finalists they felt should move forward in the competition,” said Chuck Fagan, CUES’ president/CEO. “These five Finalists were selected from a very highly qualified group. We applaud all of the applicants for their hard work to promote their projects, and of course for the great work they are doing at their credit unions. Now, we congratulate the Finalists, and look forward to learning about their projects’ progress between now and their final presentations at CEO/Executive Team Network in November.”
In addition to two coaching sessions provided by challenge sponsor and CUES Supplier member DDJ Myers, Phoenix, the five Finalists each receive registration, accommodation and airfare to CUES’ CEO/Executive Team Network™ in San Diego., November 3-6, 2013. There, the five Finalists will face off for the grand prize, a CUES educational package valued at $20,000, and the honor of being named 2013 CUES Next Top Credit Union Exec.
