DATCU Credit Union, a leading full-service credit union, announced that on March 8, 2018 they attended the 2018 Best Companies to Work for in Texas awards celebration in Austin, Texas; The Credit Union was recognized as a Best Company to work for in Texas placing 8th in the Medium Employer Category.
This awards program, created in 2006, is a project of Texas Monthly Magazine, the Texas Association of Business (TAB), the Texas State Council of the Society for Human Resource Management (TSC-SHRM) and Best Companies Group. The project is a statewide program created to identify, recognize and honor the best places of employment in Texas, benefiting the state's economy, its workforce and businesses. The 2018 Best Companies to Work for in Texas list consists of 100 companies. DATCU has received this honor and distinction on several occasions.
Companies from across the state entered the two-part survey process to determine the Best Companies to Work for in Texas. The complete list of winning companies will appear in the May 2018 issue of Texas Monthly Magazine. Texas Monthly will also produce a special publication “Lone Star Shining” profiling the winning companies.
