Day Air Awards Two $1,000 Scholarships to Area Students

KETTERING, OH (May 1, 2013) – The winners of Day Air Credit Union’s two $1,000 scholarships for the 2013-2014 school year are Lance Crockett (Bellbrook High School) and Austin Neumeier (University of Dayton).

Day Air Credit Union’s scholarship is based on academic achievement, extracurricular activities, community service involvement and an essay on financial literacy.  “At Day Air, we feel it is important to award members and students who are high achievers both in the classroom and in the community,” said William Burke, President & CEO, “and we will continue to award these scholarships on an annual basis.”
