Day Air Credit Union to increase their minimum wage to $14.00 per hour
KETTERING, OH (November 9, 2018) — Day Air Credit Union is pleased to announce that the minimum wage for their full and part-time associates is being raised to $14.00 per hour, beginning January 2019. This increase substantially exceeds the current state minimum wage in Ohio, $8.30 per hour, as well as the hourly rate paid at many local, national and global organizations.
Day Air Credit Union, which operates 6 branches throughout the Miami Valley, anticipates these changes will impact almost half of its associates as they roll upward through the organization. This significant investment in its team will allow Day Air to continue to recruit and retain strong team members and provide an elevated experience for their members throughout the Miami Valley.
