Each year, DuPont Community Credit Union (DCCU) employees select a local non-profit to support through its Corporate Charity campaign. For 2019, employees focused their efforts on the American Cancer Society (ACS). DCCU donated a total of $10,993.05 to local chapters of the ACS. In addition to giving, employees also spent time volunteering at various ACS events including Relay for Life.
“Cancer has impacted many of our lives, whether directly or indirectly. We value the American Cancer Society and all they do in the areas of cancer research and support of cancer survivors,” said Steve Elkins, DCCU’s President and CEO. “This is something our employees are passionate about and I appreciate the generosity shown towards this worthy cause.”
