Dusty Bowers joins Capital Services as Vice President of National Sales
SIOUX FALLS, SD (February 9, 2015) – Kenneth “Dusty” Bowers, who has worked in the financial services industry for 35 years, 30 of those servicing credit unions, has joined Capital Services as Vice President of National Sales. Capital Services is an innovative provider of card asset origination and management services for financial institutions.
Bowers will oversee Capital Services’ credit union sales initiative for its credit card and prepaid card portfolio management offerings.
Bowers comes to Capital Services from First Empire Securities, where he was senior vice president of client relations. He has also held senior-level positions at TNB Card Services and at CUNA Mutual, where he worked for 20 years in multiple executive capacities.
“Dusty Bowers is well known in the credit union industry and has a successful record in acquiring and servicing clients,” said Chuck Hendrickson, CEO of Capital Services. “He will be instrumental in helping us expand our presence among credit unions.”
Bowers holds a degree in business administration from the University of Iowa. He is a native of Sioux City, Iowa, though he will be based out of Capital’s Houston office.
