ECS Announces 10th Annual Survey Call to Participate

COVINA, CA (July 8, 2013) — Executive Compensation Solutions (ECS) annual call to participate in The Survey: Employee & Executive Compensation & Benefits for the Credit Union Movement is well under way, but the deadline is quickly approaching. Credit unions have the opportunity to participate until July 15th.

This marks the 10th year ECS will provide credit unions and their boards across the country with a primary resource to assist in their decision making process. The Survey provides important statistical and peer group data to assist in the design of compensation and benefit plans to attract, retain, and reward the credit union’s key value creators.

“Survey participation is in full force and we have seen a positive number of respondents so far, but we are always driving to get more participants”, says Director of Marketing, Erin Tuckerman. “More participating credit unions only adds to the value of the information and knowledge we are able to share with the Credit Union Movement.”

Once again, ECS is partnering with Credit Unions for Kids as its chosen charity to accompany The Survey. For each credit union that participates, ECS will make a $10 donation to Credit Unions for Kids.

Credit unions have until July 15th to respond online in a secure and user-friendly format through the ECS website at www.ecs-m.com. Click on “The Survey 2013 Questionnaire” link to be directed to the secure site to complete the questionnaire. If you would like additional information on The Survey and how to participate, please contact Pam Wheatley at (626) 914-2333 or pwheatley@ecs-m.com.
