ECS Announces 10th Annual Survey Call to Participate

COVINA, CA (June 7, 2013) Executive Compensation Solutions (“ECS”) has launched its call to participate in The Survey: Employee & Executive Compensation & Benefits Survey for the Credit Union Movement, marking the 10th year ECS will provide credit unions and their boards with a primary resource in the decision making process. The Survey provides important statistical and peer group data to assist in the design of compensation and benefit plans for key value creators that are meaningful, reasonable, and competitive.

“We are proud that for 10 years, credit unions nationally have participated in The Survey so that we can deliver reliable information relevant to asset size and geographic region, as well as identify and share industry trends across the Credit Union Movement” says Director of Marketing, Erin Tuckerman. “The Survey has become a valuable resource for credit union boards when designing appropriate compensation philosophies and practices that serve to attract, retain and reward leadership talent.”

ECS is pleased to announce their continuing partnership with Credit Unions for Kids as its chosen charity to accompany The Survey. For each credit union that participates, ECS will make a $10 donation to Credit Unions for Kids.

Credit unions will have an open window to respond online in a secure and user-friendly format through the ECS website at www.ecs-m.com.
