Envision Credit Union wins Diamond Award

Tallahassee CU recognized for outstanding video at national conference

TALLAHASSEE, FL (March 28, 2018) — Envision Credit Union (Envision) was honored with a Diamond Award at the annual Credit Union National Association (CUNA) Marketing and Business Development conference in San Francisco last week. The Diamond Awards, which recognize outstanding marketing and business development achievements, are awarded each year to credit unions across the nation. This year, Envision’s Infographic Video earned the credit union distinction among more than 1,100 entries.

“I am thrilled that our Infographic Video received a Diamond Award,” said Darryl G. Worrell, President and CEO of Envision. “The Envision staff works tirelessly to serve our members and our community every day, and this video highlighted the many ways our team helped others in 2016. To be recognized by our peers at the national level is an incredible honor.”

Designed for use at Envision’s employee retreat, the Infographic Video showcased the accomplishments of the Envision staff in twelve locations across North Florida and South Georgia. Highlights included the 9,890 loans worth more than $86 million extended to Envision members as well as the $185,000 invested in education through programs like classroom grants and Educator Discount loan savings.

Diamond Awards are given by the CUNA Marketing & Business Development Council, a national network of more than 1,300 credit union marketing and business development professionals. Awards are given in each of 35 categories ranging from advertising to community events. This year’s Diamond Award is Envision’s third award in two years.
