Financial Center First CU employee named a Rock Star by Credit Union Magazine
INDIANAPOLIS, IN (September 23, 2019) — Financial Center First Credit Union’s Community Branch Manager, Jessie Lewis, was recently named a 2019 Credit Union Rock Star by Credit Union Magazine. The Rock Star list honors 50 top credit union professionals from around the country each year who have contributed to the credit union movement.
Lewis earned her Rock Star status because of her extensive work in helping Financial Center’s members better understand their credit score and report and finding ways to reduce or eliminate debt through the credit union’s Work Perks business development program.
Work Perks was developed in 2018 and Lewis is the first Community Branch Manager to serve in the credit union program. She has worked at Financial Center for 10 years and holds a Credit Union Certified Financial Counselor (CCUFC) designation.
“Jessie truly exudes passion for her members – wanting to genuinely improve the lives of those she serves,” states J. Kevin Ryan, Financial Center President and CEO. “She was an integral part of building our Community Branch and she continues to represent what it means to provide membership advocacy.”
