Financial Center First CU launches new web experience

INDIANAPOLIS, IN (July 3, 2018) — Indianapolis, Ind. Financial Center First Credit has launched a redesigned website at The new website includes responsive design, an upgraded search feature, online financial videos, tips and blogs throughout the website in both English and Spanish. The credit union has also modernized its live chat feature and simplified navigation.

The website launch is the first phase of the credit union’s eService improvement project which will create a consistent member experience across all channels including the website, online banking, and the mobile app. The online banking platform and mobile app will be completed in early 2019. The project came about as a result of member feedback and preference for a more consistent experience across all eChannels.
