Financial Center First CU recognized by Indianapolis City-County Council
INDIANAPOLIS, IN (June 27, 2018) — Financial Center First Credit Union and its President and CEO, J. Kevin Ryan, were recognized by the City-County Council of the City of Indianapolis in a special resolution on June 18th, 2018. The special recognition was a result of Financial Center’s commitment to financial literacy and social responsibility which resulted in the Credit Union receiving four national awards from the Credit Union National Association at their national Government Affairs Convention earlier in 2018.
The resolution was sponsored by Councillors Osoli and McQuillen, and was signed by Indianapolis Mayor, Joseph H. Hogsett, President of the Indianapolis City-County Council, Vop Osili, and Clerk of the Indianapolis City-County Council, SaRita Hughes.
“We may not be the biggest credit union in Indianapolis, but I would venture to say we have the biggest heart,” said J. Kevin Ryan. “I would like to thank our Board, our member-owners, and our staff for their commitment to improving not only the financial lives of members but the lives of everyone in the community we serve.”
