Firefly Credit Union® hires Fridley branch manager

BURNSVILLE, MN (June 18, 2020) — Firefly Credit Union is proud to welcome Nikki Willemssen to the position of Fridley Branch Manager.

Nikki comes to Firefly with 10 years of financial experience, many of which were in a managerial role. Her former positions include personal banker, sales manager, assistant branch manager and branch manager at financial institutions across Minnesota. Most recently, she was a Branch Manager at MidCountry Bank.

In her new role, Nikki will lead the Fridley branch through living out Firefly’s core values and building trusting relationships with members. She looks forward to helping members find the best products and services to help them grow financially.

“It’s great to be a part of an organization that has adapted to continue to serve our members during these unique circumstances,” said Nikki. “Firefly is keeping the health and wellness of employees and members, alike, top of mind.”

Outside of her position, Nikki enjoys outdoor activities, such as hiking, biking, and golfing. She has previously been involved with various community partners, including United Way and the Housing and Redevelopment Authority.
