First New York FCU’s Community Room reopens to the public

Now available for booking your next community program, event, and meeting

ALBANY, NY (May 24, 2022) — First New York Federal Credit Union lives by the philosophy of “People Helping People” and is committed to serving our members and our community.

As of May, 2022, First New York FCU’s Community Room, located at 2 Wall Street in Colonie, NY, is reopening its doors to the public. Our state-of-the-art meeting room is now open seven days a week, from 7:30 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. We encourage First New York Credit Union members, business partners, non-profit organizations, and community groups to join us within our welcoming, high-tech space.

The Community Room can accommodate up to 35 people and has several amenities, including television monitors, handicap accessible features, access to restrooms, and public Wi-Fi. Depending on your specific event needs, we can also rearrange the seating to a classroom, block, u-shape or theatre layout. You can request to use our Community Room by contacting the Community Room Coordinator at (518) 393-1326 ext. 1195 and completing an Application Form.

We’ve appreciated your patience during our temporary closure, and we couldn’t be more excited to open the Community Room’s doors to our valuable members and non-members once again. We look forward to seeing you hold your next community program, event, or meeting at First New York.
