First Tech Is Nation’s First Credit Union To Introduce Native Windows Phone Banking App

First Tech Continues its Mission to let Members Bank When, Where and How They Please

MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA (April 1, 2013) – First Tech Federal Credit Union, the nation’s leading credit union serving employees and family members of America’s technology sector, introduces its new Windows Phone mobile banking app, marking itsthird mobile banking app. First Tech is the first credit union in the United States to introduce a native Windows Phone mobile banking app complete withintegrated mobile deposit and bill pay functionality. First Tech members can now bank from their Windows Phone, iPhone or Android smart phone anytime, anywhere. First Tech launched its first mobile app for iOS and Android platforms in August 2012.

First Tech will launch its new Windows phone app on-site at the main Microsoft campus in Redmond, Wash. Tuesday, giving employees of Microsoft an in-depth look at this new platform. Microsoft employees and First Tech members will be able to view the app on a giant Microtile phone display, chat with First Tech App experts and personalize their Windows Phone at a laser engraving station.
