First United Credit Union welcomes Anna Cavazos and Heather Emperor to its member service team

GRANDVILLE, MI (October 15, 2013) — First United Credit Union welcomes Anna Cavazos and Heather Emperor to its expanding member service team.

Anna Cavazos is a native of West Michigan who recently moved back to the mitten state after spending two years out west. Cavazos is fluent in Spanish, which will be an asset to her new member service position. She is excited to put her diverse language skills to work for the members of First United, and assisting members who use Spanish as their primary language.

Heather Emperor has excelled in customer service for more than 10 years. Through work and life experiences, Emperor has gained valuable knowledge in handling cash and working with people. As part of the First United team, her focus is now learning the needs of her members and providing excellent member service, with the goal to exceed expectations.
