Fiserv, Inc.(NASDAQ: FISV), a leading global provider of financial services technology solutions, congratulates Lynn S. McCreary, who has been named among the Wisconsin Law Journal2019 Women in the Law honorees. This annual recognition pays tribute to legal professionals for their outstanding achievements in the industry and for their efforts to help other women succeed in the profession.
McCreary has served as Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel of Fiserv since 2013, having initially joined the company as Deputy General Counsel in 2010. She has oversight of all Fiservlegal activities worldwide, including commercial contracting, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, vendor negotiations, employment matters, intellectual property, litigation, regulatory compliance and government affairs. McCreary also has oversight for the company’s enterprise risk function, and serves as its Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer and Corporate Secretary.

McCreary leads a team of more than 200 associates. She is a diversity and inclusion champion, annual speaker at the Fiserv Leading Women’s Summit at Forum, the industry’s premier financial services technology conference hosted by Fiserv, and supports Fiserv participation in the Wisconsin Bar Association’s summer diversity clerkship program. She is a member of the board of directors of NMI Holdings, Inc., is on the Board of Governors of Washburn University Law School and is a Trustee ofWashburn University. McCreary is also a supporter of the Ronald McDonald House of Eastern Wisconsin and MKE Metro West 100 Women Who Care.
