Alex has been designed to assist members calling in to the contact center and can help with information on checking, savings or loan accounts. He can help people inquiring on how to join the credit union and how to find the nearest ATM or Branch location. Alex learns more and more after each call and question he receives which helps launch member service into the future at Garden Savings Federal Credit Union.
