Geezeo and Hampton Roads financial institutions support Center for Child & Family Services Holiday Light Stroll
BRAINTREE, MA (October 26, 2018) — Geezeo, a leader in Fintech and data-driven solutions for financial institutions, is sponsoring The Center for Child & Family Services Holiday Light Stroll presented by Langley Federal Credit Union on Tuesday, November 20th from 5:00 to 7:30 pm at Newport News Celebration in Lights.
The Holiday Light Stroll through the Celebration in Lights is a fun walking event through the over 1 million colorful holiday lights at Newport News Park. Participants can walk the 2-mile path at their own pace and sing carols, wear funny group hats or tee shirts or carry jingle bells.
Geezeo joins Hampton Roads’ credit unions, Langley Federal Credit Union and 1st Advantage Federal Credit Union and community bank, Old Point National Bank, as sponsors of this sold-out annual event. All proceeds from the Center’s Holiday Light Stroll go to support the 20+ plus programs they offer to the community, including; domestic violence prevention, youth anger management, and gang prevention services, support services to youth aging out of foster care, job readiness services for youth and adults, to those with barriers to employment, mental health counseling, supervised visitation services, consumer credit counseling services to include debt management, financial education, housing and money management counseling and childcare training and support services.
