Genisys Credit Union receives top workplace awards
AUBURN HILLS, MI (November 20, 2018) — Genisys Credit Union recently received three top workplace awards. Companies from all industries in the metro Detroit area compete for these awards and scores are based on employee surveys.
For the tenth year in a row, Genisys was named one of the Detroit Free Press’ Top Workplaces. In addition to this award, Genisys was also honored as a Circle of Excellence award winner. Sponsored by the Better Business Bureau, the Circle of Excellence award is only given to four of the Top Workplaces winners each year. The honor is bestowed on companies whose employees continually give them top marks. Genisys was noted for the credit union’s flexible work hour arrangements and a generous 401(k) program featuring a 5 percent company profit-sharing contribution on top of the standard 3 percent company match.
Genisys rounded out the top honors by also being named one of Metro Detroit’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For. This award goes to companies that show a commitment to their employees and have exemplary Human Resource practices such as terrific benefits, work-life balance, employee education, diversity, recognition, and retention as well as great leadership.
