Global Credit Union opens newly remodeled branch in Aviano Air Base, Italy
SPOKANE, WA (July 17, 2018) — Global credit union is excited to announce the opening of the remodeled branch at Aviano Air Base. The fully redesigned GlobalAviano branch offers a state-of-the-art banking experience. This branch was specifically designed and tailored to fit the unique and diverse population located on the Aviano Air Base. The new GlobalAviano branch opened on May 29, 2018.
For Global’s Executive Vice President and COO, Mary Starkey, the remodeled GlobalAviano branch is an important milestone in the history of the credit union. “Global began on Fairchild Air Force Base as a means to serve the financial needs of the military and civil service employees at Fairchild,” said Starkey. “With this remodel, we continue our commitment to serving the needs of our Military members.”
On June 13, 2018, an open house was hosted at the newly opened branch, hosting Base dignitaries, branch members and Global staff, including Jack Fallis, President and CEO of Global.
“The innovative technology, along with the improved space, will allow Global to provide a superior experience.” Said Jack Fallis. “We look forward to serving our members while continuing to deliver solutions to help our member achieve their financial dreams.”
During the Open House event, Mr. Fallis presented a check on behalf of Global Credit Union to the First Sergeants Organization.
