Global Junior Citizen Daydream Camp: Art, dreams, community and ice cream

SPOKANE, WA (March 19, 2015) — During the month of April, Global Credit Union will be celebrating Credit Union Youth Month by presenting the Junior Citizen Daydream Camp. Partnering with INK Artspace and local artist Tiffany Patterson, Global is inviting children between the ages of 6 and 12 to attend a free kids’ workshop.

Bringing their creativity to paper, children will participate in a watercolor pencil art lesson from Tiffany Patterson. In addition, participants will also receive a Moonjar Moneybox – a financial literacy tool that teaches kids the save, spend and share philosophy. After the workshop, families are invited to walk next door to Brain Freeze Creamery. Each child participant will receive a free treat, courtesy of Brain Freeze Creamery.
