GTE Financial announces key promotions in talent development and talent administration teams

GTE Financial is excited to announce the promotions of two key leaders within its Talent Organization. Josh Lansing has been promoted to Vice President of Talent Development & Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery (BCDR), and EJ Gonzalez to Assistant Vice President, Talent Business Partner. Both individuals have demonstrated exceptional leadership and a strong commitment to enhancing GTE Financial’s culture and the overall employee experience.

Lansing’s promotion to Vice President of Talent Development & BCDR recognizes his significant contributions to employee development and readiness. Over the years, he has played a crucial role in improving GTE Financial’s new hire training, leadership development, and overall talent initiatives. Additionally, with this promotion, Lansing will lead the newly integrated Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, and Physical Security team, which is a strategic move aligning with GTE Financial’s commitment to safeguarding its employees and business operations.

In addition to Lansing’s promotion, EJ Gonzalez has been promoted to Assistant Vice President, Talent Business Partner. For the past three years, Gonzalez has been a vital member of GTE Financial’s Talent Administration team, where he has built strong relationships with both leadership and employees at all levels. He has been instrumental in fostering a workplace culture of continuous improvement and enhancing the employee experience through initiatives focused on performance management, employee relations, and engagement.
