Hanscom FCU welcomes its first Director of Member Experience
HANSCOM AFB, MA (June 14, 2018) — Hanscom Federal Credit Union is pleased to announce that Dan Ziniti has joined the organization in the newly created position of Director of Member Experience. Ziniti will report to Jim Potter, Chief Operations Officer.
Ziniti is charged with ensuring Hanscom FCU’s members continually have a positive experience when they interact with the credit union, whether they’re speaking with member relations over the phone, or responding to a marketing campaign that’s landed in their mailbox. He’ll be assisted by a team consisting of the branch offices, Member Relations and Call Centers, and Marketing/Partner Relations.
“I want to raise the member experience – really own it – and ensure that interaction is seamless from one channel to another,” said Ziniti. “We already have a great team in place, so it’s time to lean in and help make the projects we’re working on, like the introduction of Kasasa accounts and our Member Points Reward program, sing.”
“Dan brings the experience and expertise we need to strengthen our members’ experiences at the credit union, and I’m thrilled he’s joined us,” said Paul Marotta, Hanscom FCU’s Chairman of the Board. “His ideas and enthusiasm will build on the momentum we’ve already developed, and that energy is going to propel the credit union to new levels of excellence.”
Prior to joining Hanscom FCU, Ziniti was the Vice President and Senior Product Manager for Salem Five Bank where he established its product management function, including launching new personal and business deposit products and overseeing the marketing intelligence and digital marketing functions. Prior to this, he worked at Eastern Bank for over a decade in a variety of roles, including Senior Retail Analyst; AVP, Deposit Product Manager; VP, Retail Information Officer; and VP, Retail Digital Delivery.
Ziniti holds a B.S. in Business Administration and an M.S. in Management from Merrimack College in North Andover, MA. He and his family have resided in Tewksbury for the last 12 years.
