Hapo Community Credit Union Opens New Branch at 3034 Duportail Street
RICHLAND, WA (JULY 19, 2013) — Today Momentum, a national design-build firm, and HAPO Credit Union announce the grand opening of a new branch office at 3034 Duportail Street.
The new energy efficient office features low VOC finishes and recycled materials throughout and is in the process of achieving LEED Certified status. The branch also includes drive-thru service, 30 parking stalls, 24-hour ATM, full deposit, loan, and electronic services including areas for new accounts, tellers, investments, and financial education.
Momentum oversaw the design, construction and implementation of the office, which will utilize the services of local contractors on the entire project. “This project demonstrates HAPO’s commitment to the community, its employees and its members, and we’re honored to be a part of it”, said Bob Saunders LEED AP BD+C, EVP of Construction Services for Momentum.
The Queensgate branch marks HAPO’s fourteenth branch in Washington plus one in Hermiston, Oregon. “In response to membership growth, and continuing expansion of the West Richland community and surrounding areas, there couldn’t have been a better time to build in the Queensgate area”, said Dave Schulz, President and CEO. “This branch provides optimal convenience for everyone – those shopping, living, working, and traveling through the Queensgate area”, Schulz added.
