Hiway Federal Credit Union names new Card Services Manager
ST. PAUL, MN (April 5, 2018) — Hiway Federal Credit Union® (Hiway) has named Barb Callais as their new Card Services Manager. Barb has 18 years of experience at Hiway and was promoted from her previous role as Assistant Manager.
“We are excited that Barb will be able to leverage her substantial experience with credit cards, debit cards and ATMs, along with a great team, to take programs ever-higher,” said Jeff Schuetz, Vice President of Payments. “Barb will lead our efforts as we continue to offer innovative payment products and the latest in card-related offers and technology.”
Barb’s background includes extensive knowledge of both credit and debit cards, team management experience, as well as ensuring quality member experiences at more than 35 Hiway-owned or branded ATMs around Minnesota. She was an instrumental part of the team that updated and expanded Hiway’s credit card program. Additionally, she has championed ongoing debit programs for members which provides a critical link to Hiway through every day member purchases.
“We will continue to look for ways to provide the best value for our members and I look forward to this new opportunity,” Barb said.
In her new role, Barb will lead a team of seven Hiway associates dedicated to providing optimum card experience, service and operational excellence.
