Honor Credit Union – 3rd Annual Video Challenge winners

NEGAUNEE, MI (May 13, 2015) — Honor Credit Union’s 3rd Annual Video Challenge results are in! Winning the $3,000 first place prize with a video showcasing Honor’s Mobile Banking App was Ishpeming High School’s Broadcasting class. Mattawan High School’s Broadcasting class took the $1,000 second place prize with a video demonstrating Honor’s “On the Go” banking, using the Mobile App or Online Banking. Honor also awarded a third place prize of $500. Decatur High School won this third place prize with a video about Honor’s commitment to our members. Honor also awarded two $100 Honorable Mention awards to Negaunee Middle School and Michigan Lutheran High School in St. Joseph, MI.

All videos are posted on Honor Credit Union’s YouTube site. Ishpeming’s first place video will also be used in some of Honor Credit Union’s future advertising efforts. To be eligible to win, all videos submitted were to highlight “Honor On The Go.” The videos also had be created, filmed, and edited by the schools and students themselves to be considered. Supporting the communities, youth, and educational systems remains a focus of Honor Credit Union, and the Annual Video Challenge is a great example of that focus.
