BERRIEN SPRINGS, MI (October 16, 2018) — Joleen Kortman, teller at Honor Credit Union’s Paw Paw branch, received the annual Worldpay Advantage Teller Appreciation Award. The Worldpay Advantage Teller Appreciation Award is awarded to five nominated tellers or frontline employees who consistently go above and beyond for their organization.

The five nominated winners were selected based on the following key areas: he or she provides consistent and excellent customer service, considers the customer or member and their needs, positively promotes their financial intuition’s brand and products, and is passionate with a winning attitude.

Joleen Kortman is a positive and driven individual who has been providing exceptional member service to Honor Credit Union’s members for over two years. Joleen lives Honor’s core values of truth, integrity, fairness, and respect each day by treating her members the way she would want to be treated. “Joleen has made such big an impact on our members that one of them even named their Beagle after her,” said Honor’s Organizational Development Assistant Manager, Sam Scafaria, in the nomination submission. “She is an asset to our credit union and we are excited to continue to share her positivity and passion with all of our new team members.”
