Hopewell Federal grows its team to improve member service
New talent joins Hopewell’s ‘We Care’ team
HEATH/NEWARK/JOHNSTOWN, OH (August 29, 2018) — Hopewell Federal Credit Union (HFCU) prides itself on hiring quality team members who provide the highest level of caring service. The most recent additions to this team include Tyler McCallister, Kristin Nash, Alisha Hansen, Jennifer Richardson, Sara Gigliotti, and Kelli Gibson. McCallister, a resident of Newark, Ohio, will serve the organization as a Member Service Associate. He is a graduate of Newark High School followed by Columbus State Community College where he earned an Associate of Science degree in 2012. He brings ten years of experience from his previous career in automotive sales.
In addition, Kristin Nash, Alisha Hansen, Jennifer Richardson, and Sara Gigliotti have all been hired to serve HFCU members in the position of Teller. Nash, a resident of Newark, Ohio, is originally from Kentucky where she obtained a Masters of Exercise Physiology degree in 2017 from the University of Louisville, Louisville, KY. Hansen, of Newark, Ohio brings patient care and receptionist experience. Richardson, of Glenford, Ohio, is a 2018 Sheridan High School graduate and brings Teller experience from her previous employer. Gigliotti, of Newark, Ohio, recently moved here from Wooster, Ohio where she worked in the financial services industry.
Kelli Gibson, of Heath, Ohio, has joined the organization as File Clerk. As a previous salon owner and hair dresser, she brings many years of customer service experience to the team.
