Humanidei + O’Rourke has expanded its executive development practice by welcoming Carlyn Roy as Executive Development Partner.
“Carlyn adds depth to our practice, bringing significant experience working with executive and Board leadership. Her passion for developing people and leading credit unions to success will serve our clients well,” said Jill Nowacki, President/CEO, Humanidei + O’Rourke.
Roy has extensive experience in the credit union system, most recently serving as President/CEO of Tapco Credit Union. She brings functional expertise in lending, operations, marketing, training, and strategic planning, as well as trade association experience. She is also certified to work with individuals and teams using the Harrison Assessment, a predictive analytics and development tool for building successful leaders.
As a former credit union CEO, Roy understands the value of placing the right person with the right organization in the right role. Among her professional accomplishments, Carlyn was a founding member of the CUNA Lending Council, served on multiple CUNA and League committees, is a former Board of the National Credit Union Foundation, and has served on the faculty of CUNA Management School.
