IMM Introduces Latest Release of TotaleReceipts

Technology further extends institutions’ paperless objectives through electronic receipt output

LINDEN, NJ (July 23, 2013) — IMM, a provider of innovative eSignature, workflow and document solutions for financial institutions, has introduced the most recent version of TotaleReceipts, which automates the creation of teller receipts.

Among several additional features, TotaleReceipts now generates electronic email receipts, enhancing the continuity of a financial institution’s paperless environment. This new functionality eliminates the need for pre-printed receipts and allows business transactions to remain paperless through completion. TotaleReceipts produces custom teller receipts, which are combined with any associated eSignatures and check images, then automatically indexed into an institution’s imaging system for permanent archival.

Other key features in the latest release of TotaleReceipts include:

  • Centralized administration, which enables administrators to manage and push out system updates and configurations from a single point, providing ultimate control to designate settings down to the client level from a single point of administration;
  • Support of a wider variety of scanners, including Twain scanners;
  • Compatibility with Windows 8; and
  • Improved integration with the various financial core systems supported by IMM.
