Inaugural 7 17 Credit Union Blues, Brews & BBQ Festival Comes to Warren, Ohio

WHAT:

The Warren Community Amphitheater will come alive with the sights, sounds, and flavors of one of the region’s newest can’t-miss festivals — the 7 17 Credit Union Blues, Brews & BBQ Festival. This family-friendly event will feature nationally and locally acclaimed blues and R&B musicians, a BBQ cookoff competition, delicious food and drink vendors, and a family fun zone for kids.

Net proceeds benefit the United Way of Trumbull County, Game Changers Inc., and the Greater Warren-Youngstown Urban League.

  • BBQ Cookoff People’s Choice Competition (12–4 PM)
  • Local and Regional Food & Drink Vendors serving BBQ, sweets, and brews
  • Family Fun Zone with inflatables, crafts, free ice cream for kids, and more
  • Festival hosted by Y-103’s Tangled Up In Blues Cornel Bogdan
  • Special appearance by Warren City Mayor Doug Franklin
  • Celebrity BBQ judges, featuring valley legend Ray “Boom Boom” Mancini
  • The event is produced by Sunrise Entertainment and 2Deep Entertainment.

ADMISSION & TICKETS:

  • $10 General Admission (kids 12 & under free with paid adult)
  • Advance tickets are available now online, at all 7 17 Credit Union branches (cash only), Sunrise InnThe Eastwood Mall; tickets are also available at the gate on Saturday.
