Jack Henry recognized by Forbes as one of America’s Best-in-State Employers

Company acknowledged for flexible, open work environment in home state of Missouri

Jack Henry & Associates, Inc.® (NASDAQ:JKHY) is a leading provider of technology solutions and payment processing services primarily for the financial services industry. Today the company announced it has been named to Forbes’ 2nd annual list of America’s Best-in-State Employers, ranking No. 11 in the “Show-Me” state of Missouri.

Forbes partnered with Statista to anonymously survey 80,000 Americans working for businesses with at least 500 employees to determine the rankings. Respondents were asked to evaluate their employer based on the safety of the work environment, competitiveness of compensation, opportunities for advancement and openness to telecommuting. Jack Henry has long supported a flexible work environment, more of its workforce was remote than in any physical location long before the pandemic.

Tiffany Haynes, chief people officer of Jack Henry & Associates, said, “We’ve made it a priority to ensure our associates can connect, collaborate and serve our clients and partners in any environment. This level of flexibility and openness extends beyond the four walls of the organization, it’s embedded within our culture and a constant reminder that together we can be successful. We are proud to be recognized by Forbes as one of America’s Best-in-State Employers in Missouri, a place where we first vowed to our employees that together we would do the right thing, do whatever it takes, and have fun.”

America’s Best-in-State employers recognize more than 1,460 recommended employers in each of the 50 states, as well as the District of Columbia. The number of businesses ranked in each state was dependent on the number of qualifying employers and the size of the state’s workforce. Jack Henry employs 1,960 employees in its Missouri offices (Monett, Springfield, Springfield-Montclair, Springfield-Primrose, and Branson), and has over 2,500 employees in the state (including its remote workforce).
