Jeanne D’arc Credit Union announces new hires and promotions

LOWELL, MA (March 4, 2015) — Mark S. Cochran, President and Chief Executive Officer of Jeanne D’Arc Credit Union, announced today the hiring of Barry Cohen as Vice President-Operations, the hiring of Rose Ruggiero as Assistant Vice President-Collections, and the promotions of two long-time employees.

“We are pleased to welcome Mr. Cohen to the Jeanne D’Arc Credit Union family,” Mr. Cochran said. “He is a knowledgeable and dedicated financial-services manager with proven experience in the bank operation environment.”

Mr. Cohen, of Malden, has 16 years of experience in the financial-services industry and extensive experience in operations management. He holds a Master of Science in leadership and human resources from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Arts in human services from the University of Massachusetts Boston.

Rose Ruggiero has 26 years of financial-services experience and holds dual master’s degrees in organizational leadership and global business administration from Southern New Hampshire University.

“Ms. Ruggiero is a welcome addition to our organization,” Mr. Cochran said. “She is an experienced manager who will help to further improve the services we provide.”

Donna Richardson of Andover, a nine-year member of the Jeanne D’Arc Credit Union team, has been promoted to Assistant Treasurer-Employee Development Manager, effective March 1. Mrs. Richardson has more than a decade of employee development and training experience.

Jason Dubois of Atkinson, N.H., who joined Jeanne D’Arc in 2014, has been promoted to Assistant Treasurer-Mortgage Loan Origination Manager, effective March 1. Mr. Dubois has 16 years of experience in the mortgage business and holds a bachelor’s degree in business studies from New Hampshire College.
