Jeanne D’Arc Credit Union announces promotion

LOWELL, MA (October 1, 2013) — Mark S. Cochran, President and Chief Executive Officer of Jeanne D’Arc Credit Union made the following announcement:

Mariann O’Brien, of Lowell, Mass., has been promoted to Vice President-Member Contact. Mariann has worked at Jeanne D’Arc Credit Union for eight years in many different capacities including Call Center Manager and Assistant Vice President-Member Service Center, and her current role as Vice President-Member Contact, where she oversees the Credit Union’s Call Center and Collection teams. Mariann is a graduate of the City of Lowell’s Public Matters program.  Recently she was named a 2013 Credit Union Hero by Banker & Tradesman for her commitment to the Credit Union mission as well as her work as a member of the Board of Directors of Budget Buddies, and her work on Lowell’s Acre Committee to Improve Our Neighborhood (ACTION).
