Jeanne D’Arc Credit Union announces promotions

LOWELL, MA (January 7, 2022) — Mark S. Cochran, President and Chief Executive Officer of Jeanne D’Arc Credit Union, is pleased to announce the promotions of five long-term employees.

Anexis Sanchez was promoted to Vice President – Member Contact Center. She currently holds the role of Assistant Vice President. Anexis joined Jeanne D’Arc in 2010 as a Member Service Representative. Since then, she has worked her way to her current role where she oversees a team of 25 who assist members over the phone and online. Anexis is a graduate of Southern New Hampshire University where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. She lives in Lowell with her husband and three children.

Kathleen Gendron was promoted to Assistant Vice President – Card Services. She joined Jeanne D’Arc in 1994 and currently serves as Assistant Treasurer– E-payment Services Manager. Kathy leads the Credit Union’s ATM, Debit, and Credit Card systems and processes. She has been instrumental in many initiatives at the Credit Union. Kathy resides in Lowell and has three children and three grandchildren.

Joelynn Folger was promoted to Assistant Vice President – Consumer Lending from Assistant Treasurer – Consumer Loan Manager. Joelynn joined Jeanne D’Arc in 2001 at the Dracut High School branch. She is responsible for the operation of the Consumer Loan Origination Group. Joelynn received her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from UMass Lowell. She lives in Atkinson, New Hampshire with her husband and two children.

Dan Belanger was promoted to Assistant Treasurer– Financial Analytics. He currently serves as Senior Financial Analyst and has been with the Credit Union since 2011. In his new role, Dan will oversee the reporting and analytic capabilities of the Finance Division and will manage a team of three employees. Dan received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from UMass Lowell and an MBA from the University of San Diego. He lives in Methuen with his wife and two children.

Kelly Jackson was promoted to Assistant Treasurer– Digital Banking from Digital Channel Specialist. Kelly joined Jeanne D’Arc in 2010 and is responsible for online banking and mobile applications. Kelly received a Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts from UMass Lowell and a Masters Degree in Project Management and Leadership from Northeastern University. She resides in Dracut with her husband and two children.
