JetStream Federal announces new Assistant Vice-President (AVP) of Member Solutions
MIAMI LAKES, FL (April 24, 2018) — JetStream Federal Credit Union announces Luis Ferrer as the new AVP of Member Solutions. He will be responsible for providing leadership and coaching to the JetStream Member Solutions team in the areas of risk, loan loss management, and delinquency.
“Our objective at JetStream is to provide our members with the best service when they are experiencing difficult times. With the addition of Ferrer, JetStream Federal has been provided with the additional skills necessary to effectively assist our members in maintaining a healthy financial portfolio,” said Rick Perez, JetStream’s CLO.
Ferrer previously worked as a Director of Consumer Loans and Collections. He is known for his ability to restructure collection initiatives through strategic planning and technological innovation. He received his Masters in Finance from Florida International University.
