Jolt Credit Union recently sent a team of staff members to Saginaw, Michigan’s XscapeQuest. Locked in an AREA 51 themed room, they had to find a secret 5-word message in order to escape…in only ONE HOUR! They put their brains together and knew when to ask for help. This activity helped the team share new ideas, collaborate, solve problems together and build morale. They all said when they finished, “there is NO way we could’ve done that by ourselves”. This was a wonderful reminder that the credit union team is "all in" this together.
