Kasasa CEO ranks among top 50 CEOs in the U.S.
AUSTIN, TX (July 31, 2018) — Kasasa®, an award-winning financial technology and marketing provider, announced today that its CEO, Gabe Krajicek, was ranked 45th in the Top 50 CEOs at Small and Medium Companies in the United States by Glassdoor.
Glassdoor, one of the world’s largest job and recruiting sites, recently announced the winners of its annual Employees’ Choice Awards, honoring the Top CEOs in 2018 across North America and parts of Europe. Unlike any other workplace award, the Glassdoor Employees’ Choice Awards are based on the input of employees who voluntarily provide anonymous feedback by completing a company review about their CEO’s leadership, along with insight into their job, work environment and employer over the past year.
When employees submit reviews about their employer on Glassdoor, they are asked to rate several factors tied to their employment experience, including sentiment around their CEOs leadership, in addition to rating workplace attributes like senior management, among others. Specifically, when rating their CEO on Glassdoor, employees are asked to report whether they approve, disapprove or are neutral about the performance of their CEO.
“Winning a Glassdoor Top CEO award is a true acknowledgement of exceptional leadership, as it reflects the opinions of the employees who work with a chief executive every day. I congratulate all of this year’s winners on this significant achievement,” said Robert Hohman, Glassdoor co-founder and CEO. “It can be a real recruiting advantage to have a top-rated CEO at the helm of a company who has strong support from his or her employees. The best CEOs are inspiring, trustworthy, innovative and can be great motivators for people to bring their best selves to work.”
“It is an honor to be recognized by Glassdoor, and to be named among other influential leaders. Truthfully, I owe my success to the hard work and talent of everyone at Kasasa,” said Gabe Krajicek, CEO of Kasasa. “Every member of the Kasasa team is regarded as a Five Star General, which means regardless of the role, everyone has the same rank and they are welcome to challenge anything and anyone that impedes attainment of their goals.”
Krajicek added, “To support our mission of helping community banks and credit unions compete against the megabanks, it’s vital that I strive to foster an environment that drives all employees to embody our company’s core values. I want all of my employees to feel motivated, empowered and valued.”
