At CUNA’s recent Marketing and Business Development Conference, Kelly Community Federal Credit Union was honored with a Diamond Award in recognition of their stunning new website (www.kellycommunity.org). Each year during the conference’s awards dinner, CUNA presents Diamond Awards to select credit unions for their exceptional marketing practices. Kelly Community and their web design partner, BloomCU, were thrilled to see Kelly Community named among this elite group of winners—particularly as only five credit unions were given Diamond Awards for website design this year.
In their redesign, Kelly Community wanted to create a “digital branch” which members could navigate with ease. Knowing this, BloomCU prioritized the user experience, adding intelligent technologies such as real-time search and real-time content personalization, built-in interactive calculators, a loan application tracking feature, and an easy-to-navigate mega menu—and the entire website works beautifully on devices of all sizes. The result is a sleek and contemporary website that stands out from the competition in both usability and aesthetics.
