Land of Lincoln Credit Union names Pistorius as new Compliance/BSA Officer
DECATUR, IL (September 23, 2019) — Land of Lincoln Credit Union announces Kelly Pistorius as the new Compliance/BSA Officer. The Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) Officer is responsible for coordinating the development, implementation and administration of all aspects of the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) Compliance Program. This position monitors compliance with state and federal Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), USA PATRIOT Act, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and OFAC laws and regulations.
Pistorius brings over 15 years of experience in the banking industry, where she has gained knowledge in a variety of areas including: Branch Management, Internal Audit, Compliance, Loan Review, Proof, and Retail Operations. In addition, she has served as BSA Officer for a local pawn shop where she developed and administered compliance with the BSA.
